We are seeking a motivated leader to expand our portfolio of sites for Church's and gas stations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in initiating and managing discussions with brokers and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Development Team:
  • Manage the development team who handle site analysis of our c-store sites, Quick service restaurants (Church's TX Chicken), Large pieces of tracks for truck-stop developments/metal recycling plants, etc.
  • Ensure timely submission of tasks and reports.
  • Broker Engagement:
  • Maintain relationships with real estate brokers specializing in commercial properties.
  • Communicate specific requirements for church and gas station sites and collaborate with brokers to identify suitable properties.
  • Present terms, including purchase price, lease agreements, and other pertinent conditions to Director.
  • Property Identification and Evaluation:
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential properties that align with our criteria and expansion goals.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the development team for further consideration.
  • Engagement with Property Owners:
  • Proactively reach out to property owners to explore potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with property owners to facilitate negotiations and secure favorable deals.
  • Documentation and Due Diligence:
  • Coordinate the preparation and review of legal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and other contracts with our legal attorney.
  • Evaluate all necessary due diligence procedures, such as property inspections, environmental assessments, and title searches.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in civil works Engineering, Supply Chain, and/or Finance
    • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is desirable
    • Familiarity with development projects handling is a plus
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and create detailed reports
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
    • Proven experience in speaking and negotiating with brokers and landowners
