About the Role:
The HR Lead position is a strategic role that requires both vision and execution. As the primary contact for all things HR, you will be responsible for leading recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance and security training.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Create a seamless candidate journey with timely and professional communication.
  3. Offer Management & Compensation: Oversee salary negotiations and structure competitive compensation packages.
  4. Onboarding & New Hire Integration: Own the onboarding experience from offer acceptance to first-day readiness.
  5. Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive engagement through team-building activities, knowledge-sharing sessions, and culture-building initiatives.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5+ years of HR experience is required, with at least 2 years in a senior HR generalist role within a fast-paced startup or tech-driven environment.
