HR Lead

A highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager is required to lead the Human Resources function. This is a varied, hands-on role which would best suit someone with a strong operational background and the hunger and potential to move into a more strategic role.
Key Responsibilities- Implement an HR plan to support the needs of the organisation.
- Assist senior managers to develop an understanding of the importance of good HR practice / leadership.
- Advise on a wide range of HR related issues.
- Ensure processes and policies are fit for purpose.
- Ensure compliance with current employment law issues.
- Implement a new, simplified performance appraisal system to ensure all staff have clear objectives and development plans.
This role requires a strong operational background and the ability to take full responsibility for HR operations and manage a small team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
