AI and Automation Professional

This position plays a crucial role in our Analytics, Enterprise Tech, and AI Enablement team. As a foundational member, you will work closely with analytics, engineering, business, and IT teams to design and implement initiatives that drive innovation, streamline operations, and amplify data-driven decision making.

Key responsibilities include engaging with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to build scalable AI-driven solutions, identifying high-impact opportunities for process optimization, and leading the testing and validation of AI and automation projects.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement actionable AI and automation initiatives.
  • Design, build, and implement scalable AI-driven solutions in collaboration with data scientists and engineers.
  • Identify and analyze high-impact opportunities for process optimization and operational improvement.
  • Lead the testing, validation, and iteration of AI and automation projects to ensure robust performance and accuracy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, data analysis, or automation roles.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, with experience using data analysis libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, statistical concepts, and data visualization techniques.
  • Familiarity with data processing tools and platforms, such as SQL.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

  • SaaS/subscription-based business models.
  • Business systems, such as Salesforce or Netsuite.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI and Automation into both modern and legacy systems.
