As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining frameworks, tools, and data products that drive business success at a global media and entertainment company. Your mission is to foster unified analytics and drive data-driven use cases by leveraging a robust multi-tenant platform and semantic layer.

The Data & Analytics organization is at the forefront of innovation, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand changing requirements and incorporate them in the roadmap. You'll design and lead engineers in constructing highly available enterprise tooling to support engineering teams in developing data-intensive products.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you'll work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, develop strategies for scalability, and establish technical standards for the team. With excellent knowledge of web application architecture and experience with operations for in-production systems, you'll be able to navigate complex challenges and provide solutions that empower teams across the company.

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, 10+ years of experience working with web applications and microservices, and expertise in automation, scripting, and streamlining processes using SQL, Python, Java, Go, etc. Familiarity with AWS and gen AI tech stack is also a plus.
