Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor credit control systems in collaboration with sales teams to minimize credit risk, ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to recover outstanding debts and manage account receivable teams efficiently.
  • Reconcile outstanding ledgers, resolve disputes, and support the head of Credit Control for weekly AR reviews to optimize cash flow.
  • Monitor and evaluate bad debts, aging reports, and forecast cash flow and collection expectations to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in credit, collections, or a related field, preferably with a Bachelor's degree, ACCA, or MBA.

Essential Skills:

  • Credit management, accounts receivable, credit risk analysis, data analysis, stakeholder management, financial reporting, compliance, digital affinity, and strong analytical skills.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
