Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and organized individual to join our team as a Credit Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and processing credit proposals and applications, ensuring smooth implementation of front-end automation of credit processes, and regulating all approvals within the Credit Policy and Product parameters.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree with over 3 years of work experience in a Credit Management environment. They must possess excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and sound knowledge of MS Office tools for reporting purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze credit proposals and applications for eligibility and risk assessment.
  • Implement front-end automation of credit processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Regulate all approvals within the Credit Policy and Product parameters.
  • Contribute to the development of new staff in the team and assist in on-the-job training of new team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree with over 3 years of work experience in a Credit Management environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office tools for reporting purposes.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
