Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and selection.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the entire hiring process from start to finish;
  • Developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies;
  • Providing excellent customer service to employees and managers;
  • Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records;
  • Staying ahead of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations;
  • Collaborating with leadership to drive business outcomes through HR initiatives;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a research or biotech environment;
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and selection;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred;
