Sales Leadership Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a freight sales strategist, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the shipping and logistics industry.
Main Accountabilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, leveraging your expertise and relationships to drive business growth.
- Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including exporters, shipping lines, and international agents, to foster collaboration and build a robust client base.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, analyzing trends and understanding client needs to customize solutions and drive revenue growth.
- Talent Enhancement: Mentor junior sales staff, sharing your expertise and experience to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, applying your knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5-7 years experience in sales within the shipping and logistics industry.
