
BA Sales and Pre-Sales Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced BA Sales and Pre-Sales Manager who can drive business growth and revenue generation across all regions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with expertise in RFQ responses, BOQ creation, and proposal management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure yearly target achievement.
- Manage and develop sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to bundle software and hardware solutions for higher deal value.
- Support pre-sales activities including product presentations, demos, and proof of concept (PoC).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong sales and business development acumen in Business Automation (ACS, HRMS, Visitor Management, etc.).
- Expertise in RFQ responses, BOQ creation, and proposal management.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and aligning business strategies.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in BA Sales, Pre-Sales, or Solution Selling.
