Café Operations Manager

- We require someone to conduct regular inspections of all received fresh food batches to guarantee they meet our quality expectations.
- You will be responsible for accurately predicting food demand and ordering from our trusted suppliers to ensure a constant supply of fresh ingredients and beverages.
- Our ideal candidate will be able to skillfully manage our inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, avoiding excessive stock levels and minimizing waste, while optimizing resource usage.
- This role involves designing and implementing effective cost-saving measures to reduce expenses related to buying and producing goods, ultimately boosting our profitability.
- In collaboration with our suppliers, you'll help choose dishes that satisfy changing consumer tastes and preferences, determining competitive prices following thorough research.
- As part of our human resources efforts, you'll participate in staff recruitment, training, and development, working closely with the HR department to equip our team members with the skills needed to deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintaining our food presentation's visual appeal and service methods is a critical task in this position, as these factors significantly impact our brand image.

Qualifications:
- While a business-related degree is preferable, it's not strictly necessary.
