Position: Outreach Supervisor/DIC Incharge (1)

  • We are seeking a highly skilled leader to manage outreach activities in the field.

About the Role: As an Outreach Supervisor/DIC Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outreach team. This includes developing and implementing strategies to engage with community members on health/HIV issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective outreach strategies that meet the needs of our target communities.
  • To lead and manage a team of field staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • To work closely with community members, understanding their needs and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Public Health or Social Sciences is preferred, but not required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role with field staff is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build relationships with community members.
