Job Role: Construction Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess experience in managing construction-related projects.
  • Plan and oversee budgets for various construction projects.
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis, reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.
  • Prepare and submit detailed financial and technical bids.
  • Estimate costs for civil and electrical projects based in the UK.
  • Draft detailed construction drawings and bid reports.
  • Design various construction projects from concept to completion.
  • Effectively track and manage estimated construction costs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent business acumen and be capable of minimizing production costs through effective planning and accounting.

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, civil engineering, or electrical engineering is required. Additionally, strong knowledge of construction costs, bidding procedures, and tendering processes is essential. 1-5 years of experience in a reputable company is preferred.

Job Specifications

Reliable high-speed internet and an electricity backup system are necessary for this role. Tasks may involve more than just bidding depending on project requirements.
