Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our outpatient departments. This senior-level position will be responsible for managing clinical and non-clinical operations, maintaining accurate records, upholding quality standards, and promoting patient well-being.

  • Manage doctor schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient patient flow.
  • Ensure timely and accurate patient registration and referrals.
  • Oversee medical procedures, sedation, and examinations to optimize patient care.
  • Supervise medical equipment availability and proper use in examination rooms.
  • Manage instrument maintenance and sterilization.
  • Provide patient support and resources during procedures and examinations.
  • Manage administrative tasks with precision, including patient record-keeping and appointment scheduling.
  • C Coordinate patient surgeries and admissions when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to maintenance, patient records, or appointments.
  • Supervise housekeeping teams to maintain cleaning and sanitation standards.
  • E nsure adherence to infection control protocols.
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff according to ICP guidelines.
  • Conduct regular quality checks in OPD Hall, PEADS ward, and housekeeping areas.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in healthcare administration, hospital management, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for collaborating with medical staff.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and computer systems is required.
  • Experience in overseeing clinical operations, including patient scheduling, registration, and referrals.
  • Experience in supervising teams and providing mentorship.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of patient care, cleanliness, and infection control.
