  • Job Title: HR Assistant
  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our HR department.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of HR principles and procedures.
  • Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in full & final settlement process, including documentation and clearance, and support employee attendance, leave management, and basic queries.
  • Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
