Job Title: Senior HR Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and administration of human resources strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer core HR functions including resource and talent management, learning and development, reward and performance management, employee welfare, remuneration and benefits, and employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment, staff engagement, succession planning, and retention strategies to support current and future business needs.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of HR strategies, management guidelines, organizational and personnel policies, systems, tactics, procedures, business processes, workflows, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job profiles and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Manage and support the organization's candidate acquisition, pre-qualification, and skills evaluation program by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
  • Administer new employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Organize and develop training programs, monitor training needs, and assess the effectiveness of training interventions.
  • Maintain an updated database of applicants and employees.
  • Oversee staff attendance and absence monitoring.
  • Administer financial elements such as payroll, prepare reports for the accounting department, and resolve any payroll problems or discrepancies.
  • Resolve conflicts and grievances through mediation and dispute resolution.
  • Conduct workplace investigations, disciplinary procedures, and termination processes.
  • Maintain and report on employee and workplace privacy, workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Administer employee-related paperwork, retain historical human resource records.
  • Undertake and support performance management.
  • Develop, oversee, and manage compensation and benefits administration programs, direct the processing of benefit claims.
