Academic Leadership Position

Job Purpose:

This is a key administrative and academic leadership role responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of academic functions across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

The successful candidate will be a strategic and detail-oriented individual capable of supporting faculty, students, and administrative processes whilst ensuring academic excellence, policy alignment, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the review and timely update of curriculum and programme documents.
  • Support the development and implementation of new programmes in coordination with faculty and other departments.
  • Coordinate Academic Committee meetings, including agenda-setting, documentation, and follow-up.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of institutional policies and processes related to academic administration.

Qualification:

A four-year bachelor's degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognised institution. A postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.

Experience:

A minimum of five years of relevant work experience, preferably within a higher education environment. Prior experience at an HEC-recognised university will be considered a significant asset.
