Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology strategies for building new product features that enhance fleet and driver safety.
  • Manage product and business outcomes of engineering teams to drive growth and success.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to lead technical design discussions and drive execution of functionalities.
  • Develop and improve best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Hire, manage, and develop a diverse team of highly qualified engineers to support business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering or related domains.
  • 3+ years of engineering management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical depth and breadth in agile product development, distributed systems, infrastructure, cloud computing, build tools, front-end engineering, mobile, and QA.
  • Ability to perform architectural work and define requirements based on business issues.
  • Proven ability to hire, manage, motivate, and promote skilled engineers.
  • Demonstrated passion for continuous experimentation and learning to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
