Job Opportunity: Strategic Business Development Lead

Location: Remote, Pakistan

We seek an experienced Bid Manager to review and assess tender opportunities, compile high-quality submissions, and collaborate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess tender opportunities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant responses.
  • Compile high-quality submissions that meet technical and commercial requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive, high-standard submissions.
  • Develop knowledge of Microsoft solutions, particularly Dynamics and Power Platform, to ensure relevant solutions are well-represented in tender responses.
  • Occasionally collaborate on marketing campaigns targeting the public sector to generate market awareness and new opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written English skills.
  • Previous experience in creating B2B technical proposals.
  • Proven project-management ability and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented approach to bids.
  • Understanding of public-sector procurement is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and commercial teams.
