We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team.

Job Description
  • This role involves providing efficient and professional reception services, responding to communication from senior officials and other important personnel or clients in the absence of management.
  • You will be responsible for receiving and handling information, arranging appointments, scheduling meetings, receiving visitors, screening phone calls, and responding to requests for information.
  • Your duties will also include preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents as required.
  • Prioritizing tasks is crucial in this role, as you will need to prioritize and bring client-related matters or complaints to the notice of the Manager.

Requirements
  • Able to take initiative and provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette

  • Strong stress and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Secretarial Practice and front office coordination
