We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team.
Job Description- This role involves providing efficient and professional reception services, responding to communication from senior officials and other important personnel or clients in the absence of management.
- You will be responsible for receiving and handling information, arranging appointments, scheduling meetings, receiving visitors, screening phone calls, and responding to requests for information.
- Your duties will also include preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents as required.
- Prioritizing tasks is crucial in this role, as you will need to prioritize and bring client-related matters or complaints to the notice of the Manager.
- Reception duties
- Administrative support to all departments
- Preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents
- Prioritizing tasks and bringing client-related matters to the notice of the Manager
- Able to take initiative and provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, email and internet
- Strong stress and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Secretarial Practice and front office coordination
