Key Accountabilities- Deliver sales, distribution, and display targets through effective route coverage and distributor management
- Implement brand strategies and promotions to drive business growth
- Conduct regular checks of retail outlets to ensure optimal product distribution
- Maintain accurate inventory management and monitor distributor performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and any regional language
- Negotiating and listening skills to build strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Highly customer-focused with ability to work independently
