About the Role

Key Accountabilities
  • Deliver sales, distribution, and display targets through effective route coverage and distributor management
  • Implement brand strategies and promotions to drive business growth
  • Conduct regular checks of retail outlets to ensure optimal product distribution
  • Maintain accurate inventory management and monitor distributor performance
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and any regional language
  • Negotiating and listening skills to build strong relationships with customers and distributors
  • Highly customer-focused with ability to work independently
