Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and confident Business Development Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and qualifying leads for our U.S. team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone, understanding client needs, and explaining relevant services. They will also set up qualified meetings and maintain lead records in CRM, support the marketing team in outreach campaigns, and achieve targets for leads, meetings, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Needs Analysis: Understand client needs and explain relevant services
  • Lead Management: Set up qualified meetings and maintain lead records in CRM
  • Marketing Support: Support the marketing team in outreach campaigns
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve targets for leads, meetings, and conversions
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales, telesales, or lead generation experience (outsourcing/tech/title services preferred)
  • Fresh university graduates and current students with strong written and spoken English skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional presence
  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced office environment
  • Willing to learn and grow in an international sales role
  • Flexibility to work in USA time zone 5:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. EST
