Strategic Sales Manager
">Job Description:The Strategic Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow the corporate sector business. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating deals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and other means.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful as a Strategic Sales Manager, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
