We are seeking a Customer Service Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for calling online tutoring prospects and customers, organizing online classes, coordinating tutoring between students and tutors, email marketing, and using various online and offline marketing methods to increase website traffic and online tutoring students.

Responsibilities
  • Calls online tutoring prospects and customers to discuss their needs and provide solutions
  • Organizes online classes and coordinates tutoring sessions between students and tutors
  • Develops and implements email marketing campaigns to promote our services
  • Utilizes various online and offline marketing methods to increase website traffic and online tutoring students

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication and written skills, as well as experience in customer service and managerial roles. Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, Email Marketing, Internet Marketing techniques, competition analysis, etc. would be an asset.
