This position requires someone who can develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our company's products and services to provide expert advice to clients.
- Identify and address client needs to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize CRM software and other sales-focused tools to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Experience working with CRM software and other sales-focused tools to drive results.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet sales targets.
