Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via email and chat channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer support by assisting customers with their items purchased through our ecommerce platform
  • Deliver a superior customer experience as measured by performance objectives and maintain the core values of our organization
  • Ensure swift responses to customers through email and/or chat
  • Maintain a high level of service through dealing with customers in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner
  • Document each customer query as well as the resulting solution
  • Offer alternatives to products/items that are not available on the ecommerce platform
  • Follow established processes and procedures when it comes to providing resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates on system information and process changes
  • Able to effectively handle objections and customer push backs
