We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via email and chat channels.
Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support by assisting customers with their items purchased through our ecommerce platform
- Deliver a superior customer experience as measured by performance objectives and maintain the core values of our organization
- Ensure swift responses to customers through email and/or chat
- Maintain a high level of service through dealing with customers in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner
- Document each customer query as well as the resulting solution
- Offer alternatives to products/items that are not available on the ecommerce platform
- Follow established processes and procedures when it comes to providing resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest updates on system information and process changes
- Able to effectively handle objections and customer push backs
- Excellent English communication skills with a U.S or UK accent
- Ability to articulate complex ideas in an easy-to-understand language
