
Inbound Lead Qualification Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to qualify inbound leads effectively across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and assess their fit for further engagement.
- Route leads to the appropriate sales channel or team in a timely manner.
- Follow defined cadences and structured processes to manage lead flow.
- Deliver an average of 2+ qualified meetings per week, depending on lead volume.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Prior experience in lead qualification, sales development, or a similar function is required.
- Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset is necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Able to work independently and meet established targets.
- Covered Regions: UK, Ireland, DACH, and APAC.
- Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9 AM - 5 PM UK Time.
