We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to qualify inbound leads effectively across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and assess their fit for further engagement.
  • Route leads to the appropriate sales channel or team in a timely manner.
  • Follow defined cadences and structured processes to manage lead flow.
  • Deliver an average of 2+ qualified meetings per week, depending on lead volume.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Prior experience in lead qualification, sales development, or a similar function is required.
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Able to work independently and meet established targets.
Role Details:
  • Covered Regions: UK, Ireland, DACH, and APAC.
  • Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9 AM - 5 PM UK Time.
