Human Resource Assistant Manager

Job Description:

This is a pivotal role for an accomplished professional to manage HR operations and provide top-notch support to the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits of our compliance with Ethical Standards, CTPAT, ISO, WRAP, and FLA.
  • Deliver comprehensive employee orientation programs to ensure new hires feel welcome.
  • Maintain accurate records of time and attendance while ensuring timely payroll submissions.
  • Prepare detailed reports by gathering, analyzing, and presenting data on various aspects of HR operations.
  • Provide administrative support in tasks such as document formatting, printing, and equipment maintenance.
  • Gather and analyze information skillfully to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills through clear and persuasive speech, effective group presentations, and meeting management.
  • Edit written work meticulously for spelling and grammar, present numerical data effectively, and read and interpret written information.
  • Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently, use time wisely, and develop realistic action plans.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and monitor own work to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in the work environment, handle multiple demands, and respond effectively to unexpected events.
  • Consistently meet deadlines, follow instructions, and seek feedback to improve performance.
  • Foster a culture of safety and security within the workplace, adhering to established procedures and using equipment properly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing work environments.
