Job Title: HR Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in conducting audits for Ethical Standards, CTPAT, ISO, WRAP & FLA. Key responsibilities include administering and scoring tests to substantiate applicants' skills, scheduling examinations by coordinating appointments, and welcoming new employees through orientation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with various standards.
  • Administer and score tests to assess applicant skills.
  • Schedule examinations and coordinate appointments.
  • Welcome new employees and provide orientation.
  • Provide payroll information and collect time and attendance records.
  • Submit employee data reports and maintain employee information.
  • Provide secretarial support and maintain confidentiality.
  • Maintain quality service and stay up-to-date with industry knowledge.
Job Specifications:

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, and gather and analyze information skillfully. Strong interpersonal skills are also required, including maintaining confidentiality and being open to others' ideas.

Effective communication is key, both written and oral. The individual should be able to speak clearly and persuasively, present numerical data effectively, and read and interpret written information. Additionally, the ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and develop realistic action plans is essential.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. They will be consistently at work and on time, follow instructions, respond to management direction, and solicit feedback to improve performance.
