  • Lead a high-performing team of engineers within our NextGen Programme, focusing on delivering exceptional service quality and strong technical foundations.
  • Drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable distributed systems in a microservices architecture.
  • Guide and mentor engineers in applying Clean Code principles, SOLID concepts, and test-driven development methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and enhance engineering efficiency.
  • Partner with other leaders to shape our technical roadmap and evolve programme structures.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture of continuous learning, accountability, and engineering excellence.
  • Maintain a high level of engagement and support across the team through regular feedback and coaching sessions.
