About the Opportunity: Corporate Growth Specialist
We are currently seeking an ambitious Corporate Growth Specialist to spearhead our business expansion initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will drive lead generation and client engagement, leveraging your expertise to unlock new revenue streams and propel our company forward.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies, establishing strategic partnerships, and crafting compelling sales pitches to communicate our value proposition.

Main Responsibilities

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews, assessing progress, addressing challenges, and planning future initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in B2B sales development or a related field, preferably within the UAE market (at least 1 year in the last decade).
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Superior communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, with a capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, embracing feedback and utilizing it to improve performance.
