We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at OneWood.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by closing leads and generating revenue.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationships: Nurture long-term relationships with B2B customers, establishing new connections and maintaining existing ones.
  • Sales Performance: Meet agreed-upon monthly sales revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads and follow up on prospects through phone calls and meetings.
  • Manage sales records within our CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sales Life Cycle: Comprehensive understanding of the sales life cycle, from initial contact to closure.
  • CRM Management: Effective management of CRM leads and sales data.
  • Exceptional verbal selling skills, including conducting structured sales meetings via phone or in person.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent English language proficiency.
  • Negotiation Skills: Outstanding negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • A hard-working, motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic individual who excels in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and creative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management: Good project management skills, including time management, problem breakdown, prioritization, and multitasking.
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technical sales.
  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably for a digital agency or software house, or selling complex technical products.
  • Sales Performance: A proven history of successfully meeting sales targets.
  • Sales Complexity: Experience in B2B selling of complex products via phone and in person.
  • Commission Structure: Previous experience working under a basic salary plus commission structure.
  • Sales Revenue: Experience generating at least $40,000 per month in sales revenue.
