Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Hoora Group of Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales growth by implementing sales strategies and tactics that meet or exceed targets.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive regional sales growth; identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
  2. Maintain and Expand Customer Relationships: Maintain and expand customer relationships by providing excellent customer service; building and maintaining rapport with key customers.
  3. Contribute to Strategic Plans: Contribute to strategic plans and reviews by providing regional sales information and recommendations; identifying trends and determining regional sales system improvements.
  4. Lead and Coach Team Members: Lead and coach team members to achieve their full potential; provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  5. Manage Change: Manage change by implementing new processes and procedures; ensuring compliance to industry regulations.
