We are seeking a skilled Telesales Representative to join our team at Digi Transmo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the Company's sales efforts by making inbound calls to prospective clients and scheduling appointments for them to speak with a salesperson.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact potential customers via phone calls to discuss their needs and schedule appointments.
- Collaborate with supervisors to stay updated on effective cold and warm calling techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service, greet customers warmly, and introduce yourself and the Company.
- Offer information about the Company's services or products and record all relevant details from potential customers.
- Set appointments with potential customers at their convenience.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Show a high level of self-direction and drive to generate appointments and build the Company's brand.
