Key Responsibilities:

  3. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  4. Promote our products and services as solutions to clients' needs.
  5. Negotiate and prepare sales contracts that align with regulatory requirements.
  6. Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and other business metrics.
  7. Provide exceptional after-sales support and build long-term relationships with customers.
  8. Mentor and develop entry-level staff to become valuable sales professionals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development and sales leadership roles.
  • Desirable: experience in customer support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Strong IT fluency and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective time management and planning skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
