Responsibilities:

  • HR Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements.
  • Employee Engagement and Relations: Drive employee engagement initiatives, foster a positive work culture, and address employee concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Organizational Structure and Performance Management: Establish and manage a clear and effective hierarchy structure, contributing to organizational efficiency and seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within a call center or software house environment.
  • Strong expertise in HR policy development, employee relations, and team hierarchy management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and best practices.
