">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
- Drive business growth by implementing effective sales strategies and achieving KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales procedures and execution of trade activities.
- Negotiate with customers for joint business planning (JBPs) to ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor and develop the business by forecasting sales and supporting customer formulation of JBP.
- Implement agreed JBP/concessionaire business plan and review KPIs' progress on a weekly basis.
- Manage concessionaire's sales staff to ensure delivery of KPIs.
- Develop a network of SPDs in assigned territory to serve shopper and consumer.
- Ensure customer operations and processes are safe and guided by Unilever safety policies and principles.
Requirements
">- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG/snacking industry is preferred.

">- Results-Oriented: Deliver results through clear goals, objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Communication: Effectively communicate with various stakeholders to build trust and drive results.
- Innovative Thinking: Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth.
