Key Responsibilities

">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
  • Drive business growth by implementing effective sales strategies and achieving KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales procedures and execution of trade activities.
  • Negotiate with customers for joint business planning (JBPs) to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and develop the business by forecasting sales and supporting customer formulation of JBP.
  • Implement agreed JBP/concessionaire business plan and review KPIs' progress on a weekly basis.
  • Manage concessionaire's sales staff to ensure delivery of KPIs.
  • Develop a network of SPDs in assigned territory to serve shopper and consumer.
  • Ensure customer operations and processes are safe and guided by Unilever safety policies and principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG/snacking industry is preferred.
