Operations Manager

This position oversees the operational performance of multiple production facilities. Key responsibilities include leading routine operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day activities, maintaining high standards of productivity and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee production outcomes, ensuring adherence to established quality control protocols.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with supervisors to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 in supervisory roles.

Candidates should possess a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
