Job Title: Assistant Transport, Facilities Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Assistant Transport, Facilities Management. This role will involve providing exceptional support to the transport operations team, ensuring seamless transportation services for employees, visitors, and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign duties to drivers as per transport requests received
  • Coordinate with administrative in-charges of various departments to assess and meet their transport requirements
  • Manage fuel cards and maintain records of fuel card issues to users
  • Regularly check logbooks and verify accuracy of time and mileage covered
  • Monitor maintenance work required and carried out in vehicles

Requirements:
  • Intermediate or bachelor's degree
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Minimum one year of experience preferably in a similar role with a large organization
