
Senior Business Operations Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the mergers and acquisitions field, assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and supporting key M&A processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Management: Utilize salesforce management tools to screen new account additions for alignment with our investment criteria.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly business development recognition reports, quarterly board reports, and advanced dashboards to monitor funnel activity and historical trends.
- Presentation Preparation: Assist with PowerPoint presentation preparation for executive meetings.
- Commission Review: Conduct initial review of submitted commissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Survey Support: Provide support with survey design, distribution, and analysis.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Offer assistance on miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce, including creating custom reports.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates mature business acumen, confidence, and strong interpersonal capabilities.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to take initiative to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable working flexible hours.
- Strong communication skills and proactive approach to task management.
