Job Title:

Customer Service Team Lead

As a customer service team lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet performance objectives and align with our core values.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide top-notch support to customers who have purchased items through our website.
  2. Build rapport with each customer by using courteous language, showing genuine interest, and portraying a friendly and caring image.
  3. Offer alternative solutions when products/items are not available on our website.
  4. Follow established procedures and processes when resolving customer issues.
  5. Stay updated on system information, process changes, and future updates to provide seamless support.
  6. Effectively handle objections and pushbacks from customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and procedures.
