Job Overview

The Training and Development Lead plays a pivotal role in cultivating customized training programs in collaboration with various departments, ensuring seamless execution of organizational objectives.

This leadership position involves liaising with local networks to mobilize master trainers and making administrative arrangements for in-house training sessions, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.

A key responsibility of the Training and Development Lead is coordinating with the Learning & Development Head Office to plan optimal numbers of training courses, guaranteeing maximum impact on employee development.

Evaluation of training effectiveness is another critical aspect, as this role entails submitting comprehensive reports that facilitate informed decision-making.

Maintenance of physical resources at the training center is also essential, ensuring a conducive environment for learning and growth.

In addition to these duties, the Training and Development Lead assists the Training Head and collaborates with the Recruitment & Selection team to arrange induction programs for new employees, providing regular updates and supporting their smooth transition into the organization.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a relevant field, with at least 2-3 years of direct experience in a similar capacity.

Candidates with banking industry exposure will be given preference, given the unique demands and requirements of this sector.
