Human Resources Director Job Summary

This role oversees the entire spectrum of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a talent for managing diverse teams.

The Human Resources Director will be based in our Islamabad office, located at Bahria Town phase 4 Rawalpindi/ Islamabad.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management:
    • Develop and execute strategies for hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring timely and efficient onboarding processes.
    • Collaborate with department heads to align hiring needs with organizational objectives.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
    • Foster a positive work environment through open communication and effective conflict resolution.
    • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Performance Development:
    • Oversee the performance evaluation process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers to improve employee performance and career growth.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to ensure skill enhancement and career advancement.
    • Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities to boost team effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration:
    • Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
    • Administer employee benefits programs to meet the needs of the workforce.
  • Compliance and Analytics:
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational standards.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvements.
    • Prepare and present HR-related reports and metrics to senior management.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 6-8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
