As a senior executive, you will lead the Human Resources and Administrative Services function to provide strategic direction and operational oversight. Your goal is to implement SSGC's policies and procedures while ensuring smooth administration of benefits.

The position involves acting as an internal consultant and change agent to promote cultural and organizational initiatives. You will establish and implement policies and processes for the entire HR life cycle, including talent management, employee engagement, and succession planning.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Talent Management: Develop creative practices and programs to identify, recruit, evaluate, and hire top talent that meets changing business needs.
  2. Strategic Planning: Set and lead towards a vision for exceptional talent management practices across the company to meet current and future staffing needs and skill set requirements.
  3. Manpower Planning: Execute recruitment strategy to ensure availability of the right talent at the right time and influence the talent management process.
  4. Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement by working with department heads to develop effective internal communications processes, cultural assessment tools, and training interventions.

You will also execute talent management programs, including performance management, training, compensation design, and implementation. Additionally, you will coach and advise on core human resource functions, lead the development and execution of HR strategic plans, and ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local laws and best practices.
