We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Multan, Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, both electronic and physical.
- Manage office operations and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and organizing company events.
- Act as the point of contact for all employees regarding office-related inquiries or needs.
- Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
