Responsibilities- Create and modify workflow tasks to meet business needs
- Configure new products and notes to ensure seamless integration
- Add, remove, and modify user/customer/subscriber accounts
- Work closely with technical support analysts to troubleshoot scenarios through the application interface
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in computer science or a related field
- No less than 5 years of experience in development, particularly in configuration
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Fluency in SQL, with the ability to write ad hoc reports and complex queries
- Experience with C# programming language
