Job Description
  • We are seeking a Sales Territory Manager to lead our Area Sales team in driving business growth and excellence across various regions.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct face-to-face meetings with vendors to onboard new partners and ensure smooth integration into our platform.
  2. Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive commercial performance and revenue growth.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and requirements.
  4. Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest in our services.
  5. Oversee vendor onboarding and drive operational excellence within the platform.
  6. Develop and maximize the potential of new and existing vendors, including supporting the onboarding and incubation process.
  7. Manage and resolve vendor-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  8. Collaborate with different teams to ensure a seamless vendor experience and high-quality support.
  9. Visit field locations daily to ensure proper onboarding of targeted shops.
  10. Responsible for bringing strategic brands onto our platform and ensuring no category is missed in assigned regions.
  11. Maintain accurate records of inventory on Salesforce and provide necessary training and support during the initial onboarding period.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales/Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in field sales or key account management.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter approach, integrity, and ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Capacity to understand all sales functional areas, including Channel & Category Sales.
  • Prior experience in managing field sales teams.
