Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in [Location]. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in assigned territories, managing distribution channels, and providing on-the-job training to sales teams.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve territory volume/value targets while maintaining portfolio availability plans and business partner ROIs.
- Drive distribution KPIs such as outlet productivity, call productivity, and drop size.
- Manage capital-intensive distribution and business ROIs.
- Estimate outlets' potential for placement of company assets.
- Provide on-the-job training to distribution sales teams.
- Monitor and report key business indicators (KPIs) such as daily sales, productivity, call productivity, SKUs per bill, stock return rate, and outlet conversion rate on a daily basis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
