**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Distribution Sales Representative to join our team in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing distributors and trade for the designated territory, ensuring effective and efficient distribution operations and delivering sales and key performance indicators.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage distributors and trade for the designated territory.
  • Ensure effective and efficient distribution operations.
  • Deliver sales and key performance indicators.
  • Negotiate with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Manage eRTM efficiently and optimize routes for DSRs.
  • Support digital transformation strategy for the territory.
  • Analyze financial matrices to drive business profitability and gross margin.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • Active feet on the ground and market time.
  • Capability to strategize and execute.
  • Updated with competition insights.
