This position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, selection, and onboarding – to ensure timely hiring of high-caliber candidates. You will also enhance talent retention by securing the right fit for key roles and engaging top performers. Additionally, you will define frameworks for organizational structure design and implement changes aligned with business transformation. Furthermore, you will collaborate with department heads to design and implement a robust workforce planning framework that ensures departmental headcount needs are fulfilled within budgetary limits.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. You should also be able to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to business problems. In addition, you must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
